If you’re like us and occasionally get a little frustrated when using Twitter that your search or other results get cluttered up with stuff from the other side of the planet, hope is on the horizon but tantalisingly out of reach.
Twitter launched it’s new Local Trends service today to help users keep up to date with what’s happening specifically in their local area. Less good is the fact that it only narrows things down to 13 cities or 6 countries – and Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham, Southampton, Brighton, Reading etc. are surprisingly not included. Only a matter of time, we’re sure.
